How do you protect my keys? Your key is secured
in a locked key storage device to which only our managers have
access. The key is issued to the cleaning service team leader on the day of your
clean. The team leader returns the key at the end of the day and management returns
it to the secured container.
Who will be cleaning my home? A regularly assigned team of trained NORDEGO
MAID, Professionals will clean your home. All employees are Cleaning Professionals
will not eat, drink, smoke or use any appliances while inside your home.
How will our relationship work? We know we must earn your trust and approval
each time we visit your home. That is why NORDEGO MAID does not ask you to sign
a contract. We depend on open communication and your honest evaluation of our service.
We appreciate when you let us know how we can serve you better.
What time will NORDEGO MAID be at my home? Our normal workdays are Monday
through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. While in most cases we provide you at schedule
for your house, if is not possible to give you a specific time we will email you
specifying our next day service, we will make every effort to meet your needs.
What do I have to do before the cleaning? So the time we spend in your home
can be as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other
household items. What
What if something is damaged during the cleaning? We treat your home with
complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are
cleaning, NORDEGO MAID will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace
the item.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment? NORDEGO MAID brings all the equipment. Please let us know during the estimate process if you want us to use your supplies or our supplies.
Do I need to be home when NORDE MAID comes? Most of our customers are not
home when we clean. Only the professionals who will be cleaning your home will have
access to your home. To insure added security, all house keys are individually coded
and cross-referenced. If you choose not to provide a key for a scheduled cleaning,
you may sure to be there when our people get there. Otherwise we will have to reschedule
your cleaning day.
What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning visit? If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday and we our closed we will reschedule your service for another day. If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we appreciate an email or phone call with 72-hour notice.
How do I pay for the service? Most customers find it convenient to simply leave cash or a check. Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit.
